I am Pastry Chef Danielle Moore and I welcome you to the my world where
things aren't always so SWEET. Dealing with sugar for a living would have you
think that life has got to be absolutely the most SWEETEST....NOT..80% of the
time it is and then there are those times,where well, its just not. I am
married to my business, I have an alter ego and most of all I LOVE WHAT I DO.
One of my good friends describe me as being a BEAST in the kitchen. This made me
smile and gave me the fuel I needed to start this Blog. So put on your seatbelt,
hold on to your hats because this ride may get a little bumpy at times. Stay
